Located within the heart of the historical centre of Monterosso, only a few meters from the sea, in one of the most evocative and characteristic charming and quite street parallel to Via Roma, the main street of Monterosso.
"Affittacamere Unico" was born in a recently restructured building, rigorously preserved in order to safeguard part of Monterosso's ancient history.

This charming hotel, with its original and characteristic ceilings, will give you the pleasure and all the comforts of home.

The name "Unico", comes from the name that the Grandfather of the actual owner, "Mr Sciensa", as he was affectionately called by the locals, gave to the main boat of his tiny fishing fleet. The rooms in the hotel are the names of the other boats that belonged to that old fishing fleet.
Each room is double (twin bed), furnished with the utmost care and good taste and each includes a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, deposit fridge, fan and safe, no air co. You have nice and clean bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets and towels while the rooms are daily cleaned.
The price per room per one night starts from 60 euro, during the low season, to 80 euro during the high season, everything included (everyday cleaning service included).

Unico doesn't serve any breakfast but at the same time, few meters from the hotel, you can easily find nice café, bar and restaurants. Unico doesn't have any private parking space, if you arrive by car you are suggested to park at Monterosso's parking lot, on our home page you will find a very detailed Brochure to download with all the information and map.
